"Reluctant Rockstar" is the result of several years of practically being dragged kicking and screaming by Providence into the role of a performing songwriter.

It was nothing I ever intended or imagined I'd do - I just started writing snarky songs for fun. But I got surprising encouragement from some professional music folks who didn't know me from Eve. They told me I have something that people will want to hear. Others reminded me that it doesn't serve us or the world well to hide our talents or pretend to be less than what we really are. I agree. I live by that philosophy.

So - as always - once I dive into something I'll do the best work I can and get it out there the best I can every day.

These songs are not exactly my life story but they are stories inspired by real life. I hope they make you laugh, think maybe a little, and sing along in your car. If so, I've done my job and I'm happy.

Thanks for listening and sticking with me. I'm very grateful to you for it.
